This highly visible role reports directly to the CFO and will oversee fund finance, tax structuring, liquidity management, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership. Ideal candidates will bring a strong blend of public/private accounting experience and executive presence.

The position offers a clear career trajectory and flexible hybrid schedule (2 days remote).

Head of Real Estate, Finance - Hybrid

• 20+ years of experience (combination of public accounting + in-house experience)
• Experience with fund oversight, tax structuring, and deal advisory/support
• Credit Fund or Private Investments experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership experience (multi-site or remote teams)
• Experience managing the external audit and strong US GAAP
• CPA required
