In this role, you’ll work directly alongside the Finance Controller, gaining exposure to all facets of finance while helping establish scalable systems and processes in a high-growth environment.

• Serve as the right hand to the Finance Controller in a newly created role
• Gain hands‑on experience across AP, AR, reporting, and financial operations
• Be part of a high‑growth organization with IPO aspirations
• Develop expertise in SAP and end‑to‑end finance operations
• Work on-site in Chicago, IL with a collaborative, cross‑functional team

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.

• 1–3+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

As Financial Accountant, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of financial operations while helping to build structure and discipline into the growing U.S. business.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  , ensuring timely and accurate transactions
• Support monthly close activities
  , including journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with financial reporting, MIS, and data management (aligned with intake notes)
• Support tax filings, compliance activities, and regulatory documentation
• Help implement process improvements and SOPs to support business growth
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, sales, and logistics
