In this role, you’ll work directly alongside the Finance Controller, gaining exposure to all facets of finance while helping establish scalable systems and processes in a high-growth environment.
- Serve as the right hand to the Finance Controller in a newly created role
- Gain hands‑on experience across AP, AR, reporting, and financial operations
- Be part of a high‑growth organization with IPO aspirations
- Develop expertise in SAP and end‑to‑end finance operations
- Work on-site in Chicago, IL with a collaborative, cross‑functional team
The salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.

If this role aligns with your career goals, we’re looking for:
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (US GAAP preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Support Financial Operations and Help Build Scalable ProcessesAs Financial Accountant, you will support the day‑to‑day execution of financial operations while helping to build structure and discipline into the growing U.S. business.
You will:- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
, ensuring timely and accurate transactions - Support monthly close activities
, including journal entries and reconciliations - Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with financial reporting, MIS, and data management (aligned with intake notes)
- Support tax filings, compliance activities, and regulatory documentation
- Help implement process improvements and SOPs to support business growth
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, sales, and logistics
This role will evolve as the business grows, offering increasing responsibility and exposure.
