This is a hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 day remote).
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary expert resource for deceased estate matters across the organization.
- Review and validate estate documentation, including death certificates, letters of testamentary, probate documents, and executor authorizations.
- Coordinate the transfer or liquidation of securities, options, futures, and other financial instruments held in deceased accounts.
- Ensure proper handling of outstanding trades, margin positions, and corporate actions for deceased accounts.
- Liaise with legal counsel and compliance teams on complex or high‑value estate matters.
- Law degree, paralegal certification, or other relevant qualification or significant demonstratable relevant experience.
- Experience with international estates and cross‑border asset transfers.
- Knowledge of estate planning strategies and trust structures.
- Experience working in a global financial institution.
- Self‑motivated and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
- Superb analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.
- Active, hands‑on approach to delivering quality and volume.

Base salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers a discretionary cash bonus, stock award, and a wide range of benefits.
