Summary
The Private Bank Service Specialist II is responsible for day‑to‑day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington Bank regarding documentation, maintenance, and servicing of the relationship. Partners with one or more Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and deliver exceptional service to high-net‑worth clients. The Service Specialist II maintains a detailed level of knowledge of products and services to provide Service Excellence for our clients and maintains focus on identifying, assessing, and managing risk while adhering to policies and procedures.
Service coverage for multiple practices (Private Banking, Trust, & Investment Management).
- Responsible for the day‑to‑day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington in terms of establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship, including personal and business deposit accounts, wealth & investment management accounts and services, consumer lending, and mortgages.
- Works directly with the client and/or Wealth Advisor to obtain related applicant and financial information or other documentation needed for new accounts or loans and servicing requests.
- Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and building rapport.
- Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts.
- Responsible for proactive outreach to clients on a monthly basis and participation in Calling Days.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services experience.
- Microsoft suite proficiency when supporting Wealth Advisor role.
- Notary Public.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow‑up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Administrative experience with financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Huntington applications.
Office. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and work‑from‑home, with opportunities to meet in office when needed. Specific arrangements will be determined by the hiring team.

Compensation & BenefitsBase compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for incentive compensation plan.
