Position: Director of Financial Systems (Implementation)
Director of Financial Systems - 100% Remote in U.S.

- $175,000-$200,000 base salary

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or enterprise technology implementations
• Proven experience with platforms such as Deal Cloud, Workiva, Treasury Management Systems, EPM tools (e.g., Pigment), and complex system integrations
• Strong background in multi-entity environments; healthcare or services industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption in high-growth or M&A-driven organizations
• Work authorization:

What you'll do:

• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of finance systems across M&A, SEC reporting, treasury, and financial operations
• Own key platforms (Deal Cloud, Workiva, TMS, Pigment), including implementations, integrations, optimization, and ongoing administration
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Development to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and improve decision-making
• Drive system scalability, automation, and compliance, ensuring audit readiness and strong internal controls across a multi-entity structure

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, education, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $175,000-$200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
