Manager, Finance

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care at Teladoc Health. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Manager with 4–7 years of experience to support monthly visit revenue forecasting and drive business performance through data‑driven insights.

• Lead monthly executive‑level forecasting and reporting of product financials, primarily visit revenue and associated operating metrics.
• Act as a strategic partner to commercial, marketing, and operational teams by delivering insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
• Support finance transformation initiatives by migrating forecasting and reporting from manual Excel‑based processes to web‑based planning tools and by leveraging automation and AI to streamline data preparation and recurring finance reporting.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets, long‑range strategic plans, and rolling planning in collaboration with business partners.
• Leverage internal systems and collaborate with Data Science to gather data and drive meaningful, actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, or management consulting.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, with strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter who knows how and when to escalate.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate information across multiple business units and build effective business relationships.
• Fluent understanding of P&L dynamics, unit economics, and the ability to create business cases.
• Strong Excel‑based modeling skills and proven analytical, inquisitive work style.
• Ability to interact with and present data to senior management and business unit leaders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $130,000. Eligible for a performance bonus and benefits program. Total compensation is based on several factors, including position type, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
