- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a diverse portfolio (real estate, operating assets, joint ventures, and investment holdings)
- Prepare executive-level reporting, including portfolio performance, valuations, and long-term return analysis
- Build and maintain financial models supporting investments, debt structures, and cash flow planning
- Support capital allocation decisions through data-driven analysis and insights
- Develop tools and processes to enhance consolidation, reporting, and finance operations
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis across multiple business lines
- Prepare federal and state tax projections
- Partner with finance leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and long-term value creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred but not required
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, along with experience in Power Query, Power BI, and Power Point
- Familiarity with Snowflake and/or Python is a plus
- Proven experience developing scalable financial reporting models and dashboards
- Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across all levels of the organization, including senior management and ownership
- Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent hand motion with use and viewing of phones, keyboards, and computers
- Occasional climbing, bending, stooping and other activities required to safely and effectively navigate sit visits to owned properties
- Frequent standing or sitting for long periods of time to perform various office duties
