Job Overview
A law firm seeks a team-oriented associate to join their Project Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions group in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy project finance and infrastructure‑related mergers and acquisitions matters.
Duties- Draft primary deal documents for project finance transactions.
- Manage significant responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions matters.
- Collaborate with team members to support client success.
- 3rd to 7th year associate with relevant experience.
- Strong background in project finance transactions preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsLicensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.
Skills- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle significant responsibility independently.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
