Position Summary
The primary role of the Operations Analyst II is to process option expirations, early exercises/assignments and contraries as well as processing end‑of‑day checkouts. Secondary responsibilities include processing various customer requests. These requests may include (but not limited to) allocating trades that have been executed in suspense accounts; granting/maintaining customer portal access; broker trade/position requests. Collaboration to discover efficiencies is strongly encouraged.
The Operations Analyst II will report to the Customer Service Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities- Insuring all trades in suspense accounts are allocated/accepted prior to the end of the day.
- Accept or reject all trades allocated to ADMIS prior to the end of the day.
- Processing option expirations.
- Addressing broker/customer requests, including account corrections, offsets, commission adjustments, customer portal access, trade entry system limit adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of futures clearing experience
- Knowledge of U.S. exchange clearing systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Knowing when to escalation to the next level
- Strong communication (spoken and written) skills for coordination, reporting and analysis
- Listening skills
- Customer focused
- Comfortable in working in a team environment
- Successful completion of a background check
- Advance experience of MS Office including Excel
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping systems; LISA middle office system

CompensationThe pay range for this position is expected to be between $65,000.00 - $85,000.00. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
