• Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions.
• Handle trade receivables, inventory, and other trade‑related assets.
• Engage in cross‑border financing and off‑balance‑sheet structuring.
• Manage intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance.

• 5+ years of structured finance and securitization experience.
• Experience with trade receivables monetization and supply‑chain finance.
• U.S. lawyer practicing from the U.S.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Licensed to practice law in the United States.
