We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Hybrid International Tax Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Our new team member will be responsible for managing various aspects of international taxation, including but not limited to, tax compliance, tax planning, and tax accounting.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Why join us? 1. Oversee and manage international tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
2. Develop and implement effective international tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and business restructurings.
4. Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. 5. Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities, keeping up-to-date with the latest international tax laws and regulations.
6. Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors, as well as internal stakeholders, to resolve tax-related issues.
7. Provide training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Proficient in tax software and other relevant technologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax information.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
