Financial Planning and Analysis Manager; FP&A

Our well known multi industry client in real estate, distribution, etc.... is looking for a Manager of FP&A

* The role is on downtown
* 4 days onsite

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a diverse portfolio (real estate, operating assets, joint ventures, and investment holdings).
• Prepare executive-level reporting, including portfolio performance, valuations, and long term analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting investments, debt structures, and cash flow planning.
• Support capital allocation decisions through data-driven analysis and insights.
• Develop tools and processes to enhance consolidation, reporting, and finance operations.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis across multiple business lines.
• Help prepare federal and state tax projections.
• Partner with finance leadership to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and long-term value creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, along with experience in Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Python is a big plus.
• Proven experience developing scalable financial reporting models and dashboards
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
