About the Role
The Finance Director is the strategic finance leader for the Semiconductor Business Unit s role provides financial guidance and business partnership to executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long‑term business strategy. The Finance Director has full financial responsibility for a global business and leads finance activities across financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, controllership, financial systems, reporting, and business analytics.

Responsibilities- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute short‑term and long‑term financial strategies.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis activities for the business unit.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and business performance.
- Support customer, product line, manufacturing, supply chain, and investment analysis initiatives.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive business reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, reporting, systems, and controls.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing global finance organization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, commercial, and corporate finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and GAAP requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or multinational environment; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analytical, and business partnership skills.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with SAP, One Stream, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
