Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) in the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program at Merrill Wealth Management . The role starts with obtaining the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and Series
66 licenses. After licensing, the FSA delivers phone‑based holistic financial advice, identifies product solutions that meet client needs, and supports client relationships for both affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Obtain and maintain SIE, Series7 and Series
66 licenses within the required time frames. - Build, manage, and nurture client relationships via phone and virtual interactions.
- Identify client needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bankof America solutions.
- Apply key investment and financial market principles appropriate to individual client needs.
- Use Merrill and Bankof America products where suitable and ensure regulatory due diligence is applied.

- Minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
The position requires SAFE Act registration. Employees engaged in residential mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system, remain in good standing, and complete required background checks.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly, determined by experience, education, and skill set. This position includes a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
