Job Description- Serves as a market‑level credit product expert. Structures and advises clients on various types of credit and credit‑related transactions to meet clients’ needs while staying within the bank’s risk profile. Responsible for the entire execution of credit‑related products and other credit products including ACH, FX, EF, and derivatives. Manages the diligence/approval process, negotiates all legal documents, and oversees closing.
- Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of borrowers and all portfolio‑management activities, including direct and ongoing communication with the clients.
- Collaborates with RMs and other product partners (TM, FX, DCM) to assess credit needs, generate ideas, and deliver integrated solutions. Assesses industry dynamics to advise on the best solutions and participates in client and prospect calls with RMs.
- Structures credit transactions within the bank’s credit‑risk appetite. Leads internal white‐boarding and diligence sessions to evaluate viable solutions.
- Drives the internal credit approval process, loan documentation, and closing.
- Provides indirect management of a team of employees to handle all aspects of the credit process, and plays a key role in training, mentoring, and developing junior talent.

QualificationsSuccessful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. The following are required or preferred:
Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s, PhD, or equivalent);
Experience – Typically 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience;
Certifications – No required certifications, but relevant credentials are an advantage.
