First Analysis is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst / Venture Capital Analyst to join their team in Chicago. You’ll be involved in financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence, all while being part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Create pitchbooks and presentations for clients
• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Engage with entrepreneurs and businesses directly

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Excellent writing and communication skills
