Cash Mgmt Specialist, CAS – JLL## What this job involves:

As a Cash Management Specialist in Corporate Accounting Services (CAS) at JLL, you will play a critical role in managing the company's banking relationships and financial operations infrastructure. Your primary purpose is to ensure seamless execution of banking transactions, maintain accurate account data, and support both JLL and client businesses through efficient treasury operations. This position contributes directly to JLL's financial stability and operational excellence by safeguarding banking processes and fostering strong partnerships with financial institutions.

You'll be at the center of our treasury function, where precision meets collaboration to drive business success..## What your day-to-day will look like:
* Process requests to open, close, and modify bank account services with banking partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Execute wire transfer requests, including first-time validation, in support of JLL and client business operations
* Maintain and update authorized bank signatories and comprehensive bank account data across all platforms
* Build and sustain strong collaborative relationships with internal departments and external banking partners
* Provide feedback and drive best practice sharing to continuously improve team policies and procedures
* Perform assigned tasks and ad-hoc projects, demonstrating ingenuity and adaptability in daily activities
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines while consistently delivering quality results##

Required Qualifications:

* High School Degree with demonstrable data entry work experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular proficiency in Excel
* Proven track record of building and maintaining effective professional relationships
* Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to execute tasks and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks with various deadlines
* Team player capable of working effectively both in collaborative groups and independently
* Strong attention to detail with commitment to delivering quality results consistently##

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Management
* Knowledge of banking products, services, or banking platforms
* Experience with Kyriba treasury management system
* Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing and customer service platform
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access for database management
