Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope. Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client, and third-party resourcing. Manages and coordinates with internal, client, and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on‑time, high‑quality implementation per plan. Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team, and schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C‑level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and for a successful transition to the steady‑state servicing team. Manages and reports on the budget for implementations and possesses the ability to recommend and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline and future projects. Leads the transition from the Sales team to the Global Delivery team pre‑project kick‑off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation.

- Manage and coordinate internal, client, and third‑party resources for a successful implementation.
- Generate weekly status reports; hold weekly status meetings with client and project team.
- Schedule and lead steering committee meetings with C‑level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
- Manage and report on budget for implementations.
- Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
- Serve as trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries and successful transition to steady‑state servicing.
- Bridge various business stakeholders, including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
- Run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
- Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, , Clarizen, and Salesforce.
- Exploration, trial, and recommendation of new tools and technologies as needed.
- Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and Fin Tech.
- Experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
- Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
- Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
- In‑depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and delivery models.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- PMP, CPA, or CFA is an added advantage.
- 7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
- Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
- Consulting experience.
- Securities or financial markets experience.
- Experience managing a team of 7–15 people.
