A fast-growing, Irish-headquartered international business, with the majority of its global revenue generated from its North American operation, is seeking an exceptional finance leader to head its NA financial function from its greater Chicago headquarters.
This is a genuine divisional leadership role at the heart of a business with ambitious growth plans, including acquisitions, new market entries and significant capital investment across its North American manufacturing and commercial operations.
The OpportunityReporting to both the NA CEO and the Group CFO, the VP Finance will be a true business partner to the senior leadership team, shaping financial strategy, driving operational performance and representing the finance function at Board and Group level.
The North American division spans multiple manufacturing sites and R&D facilities across the US and Canada, and this role carries full accountability for everything from FP&A and financial controls to treasury, tax and capital management.
The PersonYou will be a senior finance leader with a track record built in complex, multi-site manufacturing or life sciences businesses. You will have operated at or close to divisional CFO level, with the commercial instinct and executive presence to lead and influence at the most senior levels of a global organisation.
You will be energised by growth, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced enough to bring structure and rigour without losing the entrepreneurial spirit that drives this business forward.
Location & CompensationLocation:
Greater Chicago area. Compensation is competitive and reflective of the seniority of the role.
