• es Prepare and support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision reporting for U.S. GAAP and SEC fil
• ings Collaborate with internal tax, finance, and external audit teams on effective tax rate reconciliation and cash flow forecas
• ting Maintain and update detailed schedules for deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax posit
• ions
  
  Lead and support global tax automation and process improvement initiat
• ives Review and substantiate income taxes payable and other related acco
• unts Ensure compliance with all SOX controls and documentation requirem
• ents Support the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly tax provision ent

ries Qualific

• ations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s in Tax or Accounting p
