Moderne Ventures is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to contribute to the firm’s next phase of growth.

• Source, evaluate, and lead high-impact venture and growth investments
• Source and close companies into the Moderne Passport program
• Develop differentiated investment theses and drive thematic deal pipelines
• Lead due diligence, investment structuring, and investment committee processes
• Deliver top-quartile investment outcomes across funds

• Serve as a trusted advisor and board observer to portfolio companies
• Support scaling, follow-on financings, and exit outcomes
• Leverage the Moderne Passport ecosystem to accelerate portfolio growth
• Track fund returns in conjunction with fund administrator

• Contribute to fundraising, investor relationships, and strategic partnerships
• Represent Moderne Ventures across the venture, corporate, and LP ecosystem
• Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture
