Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns

* Assist with tax planning and strategy development

* Maintain and organize tax records and documentation

* Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities

* Research tax regulations and ensure compliance with current laws

* Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting

* Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

* 2+ years of experience in tax preparation or tax-related roles

* Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

* Strong understanding of tax codes and regulations

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Ultra Tax, or similar)

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
