Job Overview

In the Family Office Solutions team, the Associate Wealth Advisor supports partners in wealth planning for ultra‑high net‑worth individuals and families. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing client financial data, creating presentation decks, and collaborating with regional wealth advisors. The position is hybrid, with time spent in office and remotely.

Major Duties

Collect, organize, and maintain client personal and estate planning profile data.

Review and synthesize client profile data to assist in designing client profiles and wealth plans integrating wealth management, wealth transfer, and tax‑efficiency goals.

Prepare detailed balance sheets, ensuring proper ownership from source documents.

Create comprehensive flow charts incorporating all estate planning and business entity documents.

Coordinate internal and external communications and meetings with prospects, clients, partners, and external advisors.

Communicate with internal and external partners, professional advisors, and others to obtain and deliver wealth‑plan related information.

Conduct fundamental research related to estate‑planning solutions and strategies.

Prepare presentations for client meetings.

Help manage daily operational activities and supervise day‑to‑day work of junior employees (not a formal management role).

Perform light administrative duties: travel and expense reporting, preparation of meeting materials, pipeline management, scheduling, etc., and proofing all documents.

Qualifications

2–4 years of estate and financial‑planning experience with high‑income or net‑worth clients preferred.
Familiarity with wealth‑transfer strategies, basic estate and gift tax rules, and basic planning concepts (retirement, education).
Basic understanding of wills, trusts, and ancillary estate documents.
Professional designations in progress or completed (CFP®, CPA, JD, MBA, etc.) are expected.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage time and organization.
High attention to detail and solid proofreading skills.
Self‑starter with intellectual curiosity.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and ability to learn other software platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $99,600 – $169,200 per year, base pay.
