Position: MR & Women's Health (WH) Finance Manager

Job Description Summary

USCAN MR/WH Finance Manager responsible for all finance processes (WWP/LTS/Budget, forecasting, closing, reporting & analysis, and capital allocation) related to the total USCAN MR/WH sub‑segment, including sub‑modality level analytics. Additionally supports key Business Operating Mechanisms such as Daily Management System (DMS), pacing, MOR reviews, and business reporting mechanisms. The role reports to the USCAN AIS Finance Leader and partners closely with USCAN MR/WH commercial leadership, global MR/WH leaders (Finance and Ops), USCAN FP&A team, and Operational Leadership teams to drive growth and margin expansion in USCAN MR/WH.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a fully loaded P&L model at total segment and sub‑modality level, consistent with the existing USCAN P&L structure and what is reported to overall GEHC.
  • Partner with USCAN FP&A and interlock with global MR/WH sub‑segment on estimates and key drivers.
  • Collaborate with Product Finance, Region Finance and USCAN FP&A to drive product planning and reporting with analysis of volume, pricing, mix, investments, fixed and SG&A cost productivity, and critical pacing metrics.
  • Support planning (WWPP/LTS/Budget) for the MR/WH sub‑segment and drive closing & reporting communication (quarter close, IR script, MOR reviews).
  • Own cost analytics (SG&A and Fixed Production Cost) and headcount/tradeoffs to support capital allocation.
  • Assist USCAN MR/WH Leadership with P&L‑specific analytics and requests, including deal analysis, market insights, topline volume analytics, contribution margin and pricing analytics, and cost management.
  • Support MR/WH‑specific activities such as Monthly Estimates, Applications P&L reporting, pacing, and provide insights on market trends and competitive intelligence that influence USCAN financials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5+ years of finance work experience (commercial finance, FP&A, etc.) or related OR OFLP graduate with 4+ years of financial experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) and regions; able to convey complex information clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytic skills; organized and able to drive financial reporting.
  • Experience leading projects or process improvements within operations or finance functions and quickly grasping new ideas.
  • Adaptable and flexible, open to change in response to new information or unexpected circumstances, and able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Solid PC skills – experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup, macros).
  • Experience working in a global business environment with an understanding of global processes and transactional flows.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $–$. Compensation decisions are dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Position may be eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
