We are seeking a Private Equity – M&A Transition Advisor to lead end-to-end sell-side M&A transactions for healthcare practices across the U.S.

This is a high-impact, high-upside role that combines client-facing advisory with deep financial and deal structuring work. This role is designed for a top-tier investment banking or private equity professional who thrives in deal execution, financial rigor, and high-stakes negotiation environments.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of deal execution — from valuation and financial analysis through buyer negotiations and successful close.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or M&A Advisory, with strong financial modeling skills and the ability to confidently advise founder-led businesses through complex transitions.

Unlike many traditional roles, you will not be responsible for cold calling or hunting for leads—we handle marketing and lead generation. Your primary focus is to work qualified opportunities through to close.
