The practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financings, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings.

• Represent lenders and borrowers in domestic and international debt financings.
• Engage in private credit transactions and receivables financings.
• Handle structured credit and distressed financings.
• Participate in syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings.

• Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
• Highly motivated with superior client service skills.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Bar membership in a U.S. State.
