Responsibilities
  • Support execution of capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit facility management, and share repurchase programs.
  • Monitor covenant compliance, liquidity metrics, and debt capacity.
  • Assist with due diligence and documentation review for financing transactions.
  • Maintain and enhance capital markets models (interest expense forecasts, maturity schedules, refinancing analyses).
  • Support development and maintenance of the company’s long‑term cash forecast.
  • Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Regional Finance teams, and other stakeholders to consolidate operating, investing, and financing cash flow projections.
  • Model long‑term liquidity scenarios, including stress cases, sensitivity analyses, and refinancing assumptions.
  • Evaluate cash availability for strategic investments, capital returns, and balance sheet objectives.
  • Validate foreign exchange rates used for reporting and provide FX forecasts to support company‑wide planning.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role.
  • Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and complex formulas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Hospitality.
  • Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects, delivering results on time with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with team members and Senior Leadership.
  • Experience in hospitality or knowledge of the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $78,500 - $100,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Pay will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
