Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. You will collaborate closely with the broader Treasury team, playing a key role in Hyatt’s capital markets strategy.

Responsibilities- Support execution of capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit facility management, and share repurchase programs.
- Monitor covenant compliance, liquidity metrics, and debt capacity.
- Assist with due diligence and documentation review for financing transactions.
- Maintain and enhance capital markets models (interest expense forecasts, maturity schedules, refinancing analyses).
- Support development and maintenance of the company’s long‑term cash forecast.
- Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Regional Finance teams, and other stakeholders to consolidate operating, investing, and financing cash flow projections.
- Model long‑term liquidity scenarios, including stress cases, sensitivity analyses, and refinancing assumptions.
- Evaluate cash availability for strategic investments, capital returns, and balance sheet objectives.
- Validate foreign exchange rates used for reporting and provide FX forecasts to support company‑wide planning.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role.
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling and complex formulas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Hospitality.
- Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects, delivering results on time with attention to detail.
- Effective communication with team members and Senior Leadership.
- Experience in hospitality or knowledge of the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements.
The salary range for this position is $78,500 - $100,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Pay will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
