This resource will report to the Performance Management and Financial Management lead for the Managed Service Excellence Team under the CIO. Resource will liaison between EIT division and Procurement and Finance. Will be directly responsible for initiating the Procurement Intake Process for the EIT Infrastructure team for Managed Services, Professional Services and Computer Services. This position requires spending time analyzing significant amount of financial transactions in order to build monthly financials reports by vendor and PO for Professional Services, Managed Services and Computer Services (Software/Hardware purchases) for the EIT Infrastructure team.

Will lead in upkeeping of a comprehensive list of active contracts for these expenses and will continuously interact and liaison with Procurement for updates to Portfolio. In addition, this position will require assisting in the Service Level Agreement reporting process for strategic partners. Resource is required to spend a significant amount of time managing large data sets of financial and contract data.

Candidates must have keen eye for detail, ability to communicate with other teams and IT manager and leadership, is able to organize effectively large amounts of data.
