Salary Range: $19.00 To $20.00 Annually

The Payment Processor is responsible for submitting highly accurate payments to our clients on a daily basis and other related duties.

Schedule:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $19.00 - 20.00/hour

Location:

must be local to Chicago and able to come into the Downtown Chicago office on W. Jackson Blvd on a daily basis

Day to Day
  • Process 1st and 3rd party collections payments
  • Process in house payments and payments received by mail
  • Post payments in a timely manner and with complete accuracy
  • NSF Processing
  • Returning payments and notating accounts
  • Copying and filing, as needed, on a daily basis
What you must possess
  • Exemplary skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in payment processing, data analysis, or related role
  • Strong analytical, data-driven skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to see through data and analyze it to find conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present findings or translate data into an understandable document or presentation
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with CUBS system a plus
