About the Role:

In this role, you’ll source and manage commercial banking relationships, developing tailored financial solutions that support client success. You’ll be hands-on with every step of account management, from credit analysis to business development, while ensuring adherence to Republic Bank’s lending policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business relationships, fostering a true partnership with each client

Originate, structure, and close commercial loans

Actively represent Republic Bank in the community, building a reputation for excellence and relationship-building

Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on credit risk management and ongoing client support

Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through treasury management and other bank products, adding value for clients wherever possible

About You:

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering businesses and is excited to join a collaborative team. You should have a strong background in commercial lending and relationship management, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field5+ years of commercial lending experience, with formal credit training preferred

Proven skills in business development and portfolio management

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a flat team environment

A competitive salary range estimated at $175,000 to 190,000 per year for this position. (Final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
