Financial Analyst Opportunity

LaSalle Network is partnered with a consumer goods company in Chicago to place a Financial Analyst who will support FP&A and commercial finance activity across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career looking to build broad exposure across planning, reporting, and business partnering on a lean, high impact team.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and P&L consolidation
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives
• Partner with Accounting on close accuracy and help prepare monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership
• Provide analytical support to Sales and Marketing on pricing, trade spend, and promotional ROI
• Track KPIs across commercial functions and deliver clear insights to functional leaders
• Support evaluation of new business opportunities through financial modeling and business case development

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of progressive finance experience; CPG or consumer goods exposure a plus
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
• Familiarity with ERP or planning tools;
  Microsoft D365 a plus
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred
• Strong communicator comfortable working cross functionally
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

Compensation + Benefits:

• $80,000 – $85,000 base + eligible to earn discretionary bonus.
