Position SummaryMarket Leader, Hybrid Wholesaler. Work in the Chicago downtown location or Miami office.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Wealth Client Group of Northern Trust Asset Management ("NTAM") to drive distribution of NTAM solutions through Northern Trust Wealth Management.
- Create targeted tactical plans for specific investor segments and clients to capture flows through a dynamic product-focused strategy.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to promote the NTAM offering and identify appropriate content and collateral.
- Design coverage models and resource plans to support sales efforts with existing NTAM clients and prospects, aligning with coverage metrics.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Alternatives, Direct Indexing, Custom Fixed‑Income SMAs & Active Equity SMAs.
- Identify and target offices and segments with the highest probability of product adoption; introduce additional offerings and deepen client relationships across the firm.
- Build deep relationships with wealth investment and business partners in the territory to enhance relationships and drive opportunities to retain assets and grow where possible.
- Travel to Wealth Management offices in the East Region; travel requirement 50–75% of the time.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the investment management industry.
- Experience with Alternatives, Direct Indexing, Custom Fixed‑Income SMAs & Active Equity SMAs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA or investment certification preferred.
- FINRA licenses 7 and 63 required.
- Travel requirements include travel to Wealth Management offices domestically.

$99,600 – $169,200 USD
Base pay is a good faith estimate. A discretionary bonus program, including an equity component, may also be provided.
