Job Overview
National Financial Solutions Advisor (NFSA I): A contact‑center‑based role that leverages the Bank of America and Merrill offering model to provide end‑to‑end financial advice and support clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with the full range of solutions.
- Set clear expectations to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.

- Get training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers.
- Grow your business knowledge with a defined consultative approach.
- Build your network across the U.S. market.

- Series 7 and 66 or equivalent (Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days if not held).
- Strong computer/technological skills with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for excellence and willingness to exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrated client‑management success.
- 2+ years of experience in a metrics‑based sales and/or service role where expectations were met or exceeded.
- Capacity for effective operation in a team‑oriented and highly collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of and ability to communicate the suite of enterprise products and services.
- A high level of personal integrity and compliance with enterprise policy and procedures.
- Superior client‑service proficiency, including excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload.
- Successful sales goal achievement record.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline strongly preferred.

Pay & BenefitsAnnual salary: $65,000 – $85,000, based on experience, education, and skill set.
Formulaic incentive plan: eligible for monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities based on performance against defined metrics.
