Overview

As an Institutional Client Relationship Manager at Capital Group, you will oversee and service a territory of institutional investor clients, ranging from corporate pension plans to endowments, foundations, universities, and nonprofits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow overall client relationships within your territory, delivering superior client service through proactive calls and visits.
  • Collaborate with clients’ field consultants and coordinate with Capital Group’s institutional teams and other internal resources to support client service efforts.
  • Retain and expand opportunities across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi Asset product lines offered by Capital Group.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of financial services experience, with at least 5 years in the institutional space.
  • Track record of excellence in client service and sales within the institutional channel.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and lead teams to successful client outcomes.
  • Proven experience navigating Capital Group’s internal resources to deliver client service excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Required registrations:
    Series7, Series
    66 or63, and Series
    65.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $190,000. In addition, you are eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% company contribution. Benefits include generous paid time off, health insurance, flexible work options, matching charitable contributions, and professional development resources.
