• Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation, diligence coordination, and deal structuring
• Build and own detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions
• Create clear PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and Board-level discussions
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research within healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support integration planning and execution

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, with a strong preference for candidates with direct transaction execution exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review complex models
• Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials

• Deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends in healthcare and wellness
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple work streams simultaneously across parallel transactions
