The US arm of an established, well-capitalised international financial services group is expanding its commodity risk management platform and is seeking a senior commercial producer to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across corporate commodity markets.

Backed by a strong balance sheet, global infrastructure, and an established international client network, the firm is investing in the continued growth of its US commodity derivatives business.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a high-performing originator with deep corporate relationships and a proven track record of delivering tailored risk management solutions to commodity-exposed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop new corporate relationships, generating commodity derivatives revenues through consultative sales and risk advisory services
  • Structure and market bespoke commodity risk management solutions, including swaps, options, and structured products
  • Build and execute business development strategies to expand market share and grow a profitable client portfolio
  • Act as a trusted advisor to corporate stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase wallet share
  • Collaborate with internal trading, credit, risk, and operations teams to deliver effective client solutions and seamless execution
Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record originating and growing commodity derivatives business with corporate clients
  • Established network of commercial relationships within energy, metals, agricultural, or broader commodity markets
  • Strong understanding of commodity risk management, derivatives, and structured solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenues through solution-based sales and strategic relationship management
  • Experience working within FCMs, brokerages, commodity merchants, trading houses, or risk management advisory firms
