Carter Pierce is partnering with a leading multi‑strategy investment firm focused on scaling durable, market‑defining businesses across Clean Energy, Climate Technology, Food & Agriculture, and Infrastructure. The firm partners with businesses that are commercializing innovative solutions to improve efficiency, resilience, and long‑term value across critical sectors of the global economy, providing both flexible growth capital and hands‑on strategic support. Managing approximately $3 billion in assets under management and currently investing from its $1 billion flagship growth fund, the firm is recognized for its collaborative culture, differentiated sector expertise, and lean investment teams that provide Associates with significant responsibility and direct exposure to senior investment professionals.

The firm is actively seeking Associates to join its investment team in the near term.

Opportunities are available in San Francisco, CA and Chicago, IL.

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Building financial models to evaluate investment performance.
• Assisting in the due diligence process for potential investments.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborating with portfolio companies to drive value creation.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Clean Energy, Climate Technology, Food & Agriculture, or Infrastructure sectors.
