We’re looking for professionals with hands‑on experience in clearing and settlement systems, SWIFT, Fed Wire, payments core systems modernization (like ISO, Cloud native payment rails), treasury and cash management, and regulatory know‑how. You will serve global clients and unlock your full potential in payments consulting. You’ll excel in high‑value international payment systems making a difference in enabling real‑time straight‑through payments connectivity a reality. We’re specifically seeking experts in large value, global cross‑border payments who want to lead transformative projects and shape the future of payments.

• Lead projects end‑to‑end to solve real‑world payment challenges, from wires and cross‑border payments and emerging capabilities such as on chain correspondent banking.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and clients, fostering innovation and inclusive work environments.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and passion.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape EY’s thought leadership in payments.

• 6‑8 or more years of experience in payments, whether in banking or financial services consulting, with deep knowledge of clearing and settlement, SWIFT, Fed Wire, CHIPs, ACH, payments infrastructure, treasury and cash management.
• Hands‑on experience with regulatory requirements and payments modernization initiatives and change management.
• A strong interest or experience in enabling global 24X7X365 payments capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven leadership experience and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400.
  
  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
