Guggenheim Partners is seeking a motivated Junior Trader for our Fixed Income Structured Products Group trading desk in Chicago. This role focuses on supporting senior traders, analyzing trade opportunities, and collaborating effectively with the sales and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and 1-3 years of experience in capital markets. This position requires work in the Chicago office at least 4 days a week.
