Responsibilities- Develop written internal and external marketing on pitch material.
- Support deal teams in development, presentation, and winning mandates.
- Seek to develop an understanding of client needs and outcomes.
- Provide materials to support an outstanding client experience.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved service to internal and external clients.
- Provide analytical findings to deal teams.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Complete quality reports and analyses.
- Research and analyze company and industry financial and operating information.
- Perform complex financial modeling and run valuation analysis as part of client or industry evaluations.
- Create statistical exhibits and financial performance trend analysis for client presentations.
- Apply technical concepts and understand the implication of work on client or transaction.
- Develop an understanding of and proficiency in using all required systems and models.
- Provide feedback on and support continuous improvement opportunities.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis, and streamlined reporting.
- Deliver financial modeling to support strategic recommendations to clients.
- Consider risk, internal controls and compliance as part of day‑to‑day accountabilities and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Focus may be on a business or group.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions.
- Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Work mostly independently.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
- Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying the Risk Management Framework in the execution of the role, aligning to business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Undergraduate degree with academic coursework in finance, economics, or accounting and outstanding academic achievement.
- Financial analysis training and experience.
- 0 – 3 years of successive relevant experience within investment and/or corporate banking based on business requirements.
- Highly skilled in building complex financial models.
- Expertise in financial computer applications and database management tools.
- Skilled in creating statistical presentations.
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills – in depth.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills – in depth.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills – in depth.
- Influence skills – in depth.
Base salary: USD 110,000 – 135,000. The range may vary based on location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications. The role is salaried. Total compensation may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks.
