Job Overview
Manager – Deals Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
As part of PwC’s Deals practice, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring transactions.
Responsibilities- Lead financial due diligence work streams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues.
- Develop strategic advice and business diligence services tailored to client needs.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables.
- Utilize financial modeling and analysis to support client transactions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and value maximization.
- Navigate complex transactions and provide client support.
- Embrace technology and innovation to improve service delivery.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in financial due diligence or related field.
- Either an active CPA license, a CFA, a Chartered Accountant qualification, or an MBA.
- Preference for study in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced skills in mergers and acquisitions strategy.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and review.
- Ability to manage complex deal management processes effectively.
- Embrace change and innovation in financial due diligence.
- Develop strategic questioning and analytical thinking skills.
Up to 60% travel may be required.
Salary & BenefitsThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 – $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
