Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets

SNI Financial is partnered with a publicly traded company that's looking to hire a Senior Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with senior leadership on capital strategy, debt financing, liquidity management, and interest rate risk for a global organization. You'll also help drive treasury transformation through automation, data analytics, and AI.

• Support capital markets transactions, funding strategy, and liquidity planning.
• Assist with interest rate hedging, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for executive leadership, lenders, and rating agencies.
• Support debt issuances, credit facilities, and external reporting.
• Improve Treasury processes through automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Collaborate across Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, and banking partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CTP/CFA a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Financial Consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience leveraging automation or AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to grow within a high-performing Treasury team.
