Job Description
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will:
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within the specified time frames.
- Receive structured training and coaching from Academy managers.
- Partner with banking customers, small businesses, and higher–net‑worth clients to deliver suitable recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to broad financial services.
- Deliver end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and conduct client reviews.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register and maintain good standing; failure to do so may result in termination.
Required Qualifications- Ability to obtain required industry licenses promptly.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.

Pay Range$28.85 - $33.65 hourly pay, based on experience, education and skill set.
