Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Commercial Loan Servicing Advisors
- Ensure accurate execution of loan servicing activities and adherence to SLAs
- Oversee daily servicing activities and resolution of borrower inquiries
- Identify process improvement opportunities and promote operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - 5+ years of middle market commercial/corporate banking loan servicing experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing processes and systems
