Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight
- Create high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Complete research and maintain information databases as required
- Build and understand complex financial models
- Interact with all important constituencies in loan transactions
- Bachelor’S degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) preferred but not required
- 5–7 years of total relevant investment banking, capital markets or corporate finance experience
- Proven project leadership across multiple concurrent transactions
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
