Collateralized Loan Obligation Group (CLO) is a division within Global Corporate Trust and Custody. This role supports the CLO Middle Office by processing deals and maintaining data integrity.

• Settle bond/bank loan trades and invest excess cash as directed by the Portfolio Manager.
• Book cash inflows/outflows to the portfolio.
• Track asset attributes such as accrual information, rating, industry codes, etc.
• Provide reports to clients on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Assist analysts with reporting to investors.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically two to four years of relevant work experience.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Basic indenture interpretation abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Range: $29.23 - $38.94 (may vary by location)
