  • Lead the evaluation, origination, and execution of deals across diverse assignments, with a focus on the defense and government services markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, primarily through the delivery of high‑quality transaction execution and advisory services.
  • Oversee all phases of transaction execution, including coordinating internal teams, engaging stakeholders, and shaping advisory strategies and product solutions.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members (analysts and interns) to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality engagement deliverables.
  • Manage advanced financial modeling, pitch materials, and deal processes while maintaining clear and effective client communication.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, team‑oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a commitment to excellence.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent responsiveness and intellectual curiosity.
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and sell‑side transaction process knowledge.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and developing junior team members while managing senior‑level relationships.
How You’ll Thrive
  • Cultivate a positive, team‑oriented approach that fosters collaboration.
  • Demonstrate accountability and reliability by consistently delivering high‑quality results.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Build meaningful relationships and leverage strong interpersonal skills to create trust and drive outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively and respond promptly, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytical and quantitative skills to uncover insights and drive data‑informed strategies.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the sell‑side execution process to navigate complex transactions and achieve optimal results.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive total rewards program with competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness options tailored to support employees at every stage of life.
  • Cultivation of a culture of inclusion, respect, and diversity, with leadership committed to belonging across the organization and in the communities we serve.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training, mentorship, employee resource groups, and clear performance feedback.
  • Flexible work schedules and a discretionary time‑off policy to promote work‑life balance.
  • Access to additional resources and support for wellness and career development.
