Fractional Finance Partner

This is a short-term fractional opportunity. The anticipated workload is approximately 20 hours per week, and the role will oversee day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and recurring financial reporting to ensure continuity of finance operations while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable process, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, and vendor communications.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including client invoicing, collections, payment application, and aging follow-up.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for leadership.
• Assist with monthly financial close activities, including account reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and provide visibility into upcoming payables, receivables, and working capital.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with company policies.
• Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and strengthen financial operations.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives as business needs arise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and reporting questions in a timely manner.
• Work approximately 20 hours per week, with an expectation of being on-site two days per week to support collaboration and business operations.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.

Mid-level position with 5+ years of relevant industry experience and/or training.
