• Apply options theory to trading in the financial markets while mastering PEAK6’s proprietary tools and technology.
• Manage a portfolio, make strategic trading decisions, and assume full responsibility for its performance.
• Test and analyze trading strategies, conduct deep dives into analytical and research-based data sets, and utilize cutting‑edge tools to enhance results.
• Develop expertise in portfolio management, risk management, technical analysis, and research, while fostering ownership, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Engage in continuous improvement by giving and receiving feedback from senior traders.
• Deploy capital on trade ideas, improve trading systems through back‑testing and data studies, and leverage equity research knowledge to drive performance.

• Two (2) years of experience as a Trader, Equity Research Analyst, or in a related position within the financial technology industry.
• Experience must include Bloomberg terminal, Refinitiv Eikon terminal, Markit Dividend Portal, and knowledge of options pricing and earnings distribution pricing.
• Passage of the Series 57 exam.

• Salary range: $55,557 - $100,000 (may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location).
