Key Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school (or equivalent legal qualification).
  • Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction).
  • 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related banking transactions.
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating Credit agreements;
    Commitment papers; and Financing documentation for leveraged and syndicated transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
